Disordered Eating

You may not realize it, but the cycle of yo-yo dieting, restricting during the day only to feel out of control around food later, and using exercise to compensate can all be signs of disordered eating. The good news? You don’t have to stay stuck in that cycle. Together, we can help you build a more peaceful, flexible, and confident relationship with food and your body.

Nutrition counseling for disordered eating encompasses all things mental and physical that are making you feel stuck in a routine that isn’t working for you.

It’s not that you’re not disciplined. It’s your body’s physiology.

Meet Your Dietitian, Lauren

I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist passionate about redefining what it means to work with a healthcare provider. Restorative Nutrition & Wellness (RN&W) was born from two things: a deep love for helping people and serious qualms with traditional nutrition counseling. I wanted to create a practice that felt different, where people feel heard, supported and respected, rather than judged or lectured. I am grateful to do work that allows me to challenge outdated nutrition narratives and helps folks build confidence in their relationship with food, their bodies, and their health.

All this, and I accept insurance!
